Israeli bulldozers razed three unfinished buildings in the east Jerusalem neighborhood of Issawiya on Tuesday, raising Palestinian charges that the Jerusalem municipality is resuming house demolitions after a pause to encourage peace talks.A municipality official said that the destroyed structures were not homes and that they were illegally built and uninhabited.Neighborhood residents said on Tuesday that the second structure was also a house while the third was a warehouse.
