Judge Shevach: Katsav should have gotten 4 years

Judge Judith Shevach expressed a dissenting opinion that Katsav's punishment must be lightened because of suffering he'd undergone during the trial.
Shevach criticized former attorney-general Menahem Mazuz and the media.  Katsav was tried in public by the media, she added.
The judge said that her opinion was that Katsav should have been sentenced to four years.
