Justice Dept. closes officer-involved Capitol shooting probe, no charges

 The US Justice Department said on Wednesday it was closing its investigation into the death of Ashli Babbitt, who was shot by Capitol Police during the Jan. 6 riots, saying there was no evidence to prove the officer who shot her had violated her civil rights.
