Anat Kamm petitioned the High Court of Justice on Monday to stop the delay of a bill that if passed could commute her sentence. She said that MK David Rotem is responsible for the delay to the proposed amendment on the penalty for espionage .Kamm is serving a four-and-a-half year prison sentence for passing secret IDF information to journalist Uri Blau.
