Tel Aviv District Court on Sunday released the full version of the verdict in the trial of former President Moshe Katsav, after rejecting a motion by his lawyers to either remove most of the passages blacked out by the judges or ot to publish the full decision altogether. The verdict includes 323 pages.
It is divided into four section, each dealing with the separate charges that were filed against Katsav. The main one is the first section, which covers the charges against Katsav regarding A, the former Tourism Ministry employee, regarding whom he was accused of two counts of rape.
