Kenya says withdrawing its troops from a UN mission in South Sudan

KAMPALA  -Kenya said on Wednesday it would withdraw its troops from the UN peace keeping mission in South Sudan after it sacked a Kenyan who led the force and was accused of not responding to an attack on a hotel in the South Sudanese capital Juba in July.
A statement issued by the foreign affairs ministry, said continued deployment of its troops in "South Sudan is no longer tenable and is inimical to their safety and well-being."
