US Secretary of State John Kerry will meet with Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem on Friday for the third time in 24 hours, Channel 10 reported on Thursday evening.Kerry canceled a tour of an IAF base with Defense Minister Moshe Ya'alon scheduled for Friday.
