Kerry, Zarif to discuss US sanctions relief Friday

WASHINGTON - The United States and Iranian foreign ministers will discuss the process of US sanctions relief under the Iran nuclear deal when they meet in New York on Friday, US State Department spokesman John Kirby said on Thursday.
In addition, Kirby told reporters Washington did not share Tehran's view that a US Supreme Court decision that almost $2 billion in frozen Iranian assets must be turned over to American families of people killed in the 1983 bombing of a US Marine Corps barracks in Beirut and other attacks constituted "theft."
