Kinneret water levels rise by 1.5 cm as Israel sees winter weather

The Kinneret (the Sea of Galilee) has risen by 1.5 cm, thanks to the strong rains that fell on Thursday night and continued into Friday morning, standing at 209.62 meters below sea level, Ynet reported, citing the Water Authority.
This amount of rain has brought the water levels in the Kinneret to 82 cm below the upper red line, which is at 208.9 cm.
