Kuwait's government is following up rapid regional developments 'with concern,' its spokesman Tareq Al-Mezrem was quoted as saying by state news agency KUNA on Friday. The statement came after a U.S. air strike killed General Qassem Soleimani, the architect of Iran's spreading military influence in the Middle East, in Baghdad on Friday.
