Labor holds positive talks with Lib Dems on forming Gov't

The narrow victory of the Conservatives in the UK elections still leaves a margin of hope for the Labor party to form a coalition government with the third largest faction, the Liberal Democrats, Israel Radio reported Monday.
Labor officials conducted exploratory discussions with the Liberal Democrats, with Labor Parliament Member Edward Balls describing the talks as useful and positive.
Meanwhile, the Liberal Democrats have announced that negotiations with the Conservatives will continue.
