"I will tell Netanyahu exactly what I tell the public," Finance Minister Yair Lapid told his Yesh Atid faction on Monday. "We are here to work. We brought a good budget," Lapid said, outlining his budget and housing reform. He said Netanyahu had voted for the budget and housing reform, adding "I don't even entertain the thought that he would change his mind for political reasons."Elections would harm the economy, Lapid said, and halt all the important steps we are taking. We don't serve interests. We just want to work together in the government, serving the people of Israel.
