Lebanon arrests five citizens in Israel-linked Internet case

A Lebanese news agency says authorities have arrested five Lebanese citizens on suspicions they bought Internet bandwidth from Israel and then resold it in Lebanon. Lebanon considers itself at war with Israel and any kind of contact with the Jewish state is illegal. The state-run National News Agency reported Wednesday that Lebanon's Prosecutor General Saeed Mirza ordered the arrest of five Lebanese citizens and that it was still looking for a sixth suspect. Mizra was cited as saying the Internet operation was based in Barouk, southeast of Beirut.
