Lebanon: Egyptian, wife get jail time for spying for Israel

An Egyptian, Ibrahim Srour, and his Lebanese wife were sentenced to prison in Lebanon for spying on Israel, according to the Lebanese Daily Star. He was arrested in September 2011 and confessed to working with Israel since 1999.
Srour was sentenced by a military court to 15 years for giving Israel information on the movements and installations of Hezbollah. His wife, Samar Abu Saleh, received two years for cooperating with her husband and had insisted that her husband was working for Egyptian intelligence, according to the report.
