Liberman salutes wounded IDF soldiers in honor of Day of Appreciation

In honor of the fifth annual Day of Appreciation for Those Wounded in Israel’s Wars and in Terrorist Attacks, Yisrael Beytenu leader Avigdor Liberman took to Twitter to voice his appreciation for the work of Israel's soldiers and the sacrifices they've made.

"Today, we commemorate the IDF soldiers wounded by our enemies," he wrote.

"Over the years, and especially during my term as defense minister, I have met with quite a few of these brave people who have chosen life, despite the difficulties. On this day, I and all of Israel salute you."
