Likud MK takes polygraph over gas reform bill
ByGIL STERN STERN HOFFMANMK Haim Katz (Likud) voluntarily took a polygraph test on Monday in order to disprove claims by Knesset Economics Committee head Carmel Shama-Hacohen (Likud) that he threatened to "finish him off politically" if he continued to support the recommendations of a committee headed by Professor Eytan Sheshinski on gas reforms.Katz sent the results of the test to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and asked him to take action against Shama-Hacohen.Shama Hacohen responded by accusing Katz of being corrupt and by vowing to quit the Knesset if he is found to be telling the truth by a polygraph test run by an independent administrator.ByREUTERS06/08/2025 07:57 AMByREUTERS06/08/2025 05:36 AMByMAARIV06/07/2025 02:33 PMByWALLA!06/07/2025 11:18 AMByREUTERS06/07/2025 03:25 AM
