In a meeting with European Parliament Jerzy Buzek, opposition leader Tzipi Livni cautioned that the democratic movements taking place in the Arab Spring could move in the wrong direction."Europe experienced in the [1930s] what can happen when radicals gain control of countries through democracy," Livni said in a statement published on her Facebook page. "Europe must ensure that the changes in the Arab world do not end with such a democracy, with a system that can prevent radicals from controlling Arab states through democracy.
