Man arrested for allegedly setting Religious Council buildings ablaze

Police arrested a man on Wednesday in northern Israel for allegedly attempting to set Religious Council buildings on fire in Tel Aviv, Ashdod, Petah Tikva and Kfar Saba, according to a press release. 
Another suspect, a woman, was held for questioning under warning. The Religious Council oversees services offered to Jewish people in Israel such as marriages, burial and kosher food.
