Police on Thursday arrested a 40-year-oldman suspected of sending a threatening note along with a toy gun to Minister-without-PortfolioBennie Begin earlier this week.
The man was arrested when he came to apolice station to report that his ID card had been stolen, and an officernoticed that his handwriting was identical to the one in the letter.
Police say the man has admitted to sendingthe letter.
