A 42-year-old man was killed on Tuesday after slamming into a parked car in Tel Aviv while riding an electric scooter. According to an initial police investigation, the man was riding at an excessive speed when he hit the car. Magen David Adom paramedics who arrived on the scene declared the man dead.
