Man who crossed border to Lebanon returned to Israeli soil

International Committee of the Red Cross returned the man who crossed Israel's northern border into Lebanon on Wednesday back to Israeli soil, Lebanese English newspaper the Daily Star reported.
Thiry-four-year-old Simon Sa'dati was reportedly handed over to Israeli authorities around 9:30 a.m. at the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon in Naqoura.
Sa'dati, who allegedly suffers from a mental illness, was handed over to the International Red Cross on Saturday after three days of interrogations by the Lebanese army intelligence, Lebanese TV station LBCI News.
