Marijuana app case yields more arrest

Another suspect in the Telegrass case has been arrested, Mako news reported. The police cyber unit arrested a journalist who was taken for questioning and asked about his role in the online smart phone app where users can purchase the illegal substance.
The Magistrate's Court in Rishon Lezion extended the suspect's detention until Tuesday, and banned the publication of his name.
Telegrass is run on the instant-messaging app Telegram. The network has been the target of a months-long undercover investigation by the Israel Police leading to 42 arrests in March.
