Mayor of Ariel: Tel Aviv, Ariel have become places where innocent Jews are attacked

Following an attack on Sunday in which a 25-year-old Israeli was stabbed and moderately-to-seriously wounded, the mayor of the West Bank city Eliyahu Shaviro said he trusted the security forces but that he would make sure that the IDF was sufficiently responding to the security needs of Jews at the junction where the attack took place.

"It saddens me that Tel Aviv, Ariel, Ra'anana, have become places where innocent Jews are attacked. Unfortunately the unending incitement from the side of the Palestinian leadership leads to these tragic results," he said.
