McMaster suggests Charlottesville car ramming was a terror attack

The White House's National Security Advisor Gen. H.R. McMaster called the Saturday attack that claimed the life of one person during an alt-right rally in Virginia a criminal attack that may be motivated by this hatred and bigotry.
"Anytime that you commit an attack against people to incite fear, it meets the definition of terrorism," McMaster said in an interview for on ABC News' "This Week."
