Minor in moderate condition after being stabbed in Rehovot

A minor was in moderate condition at the Kaplan Hospital in Rehovot on Sunday after being stabbed during an altercation on Saturday. The stab victim was refusing to cooperate with police who were trying to question him at his hospital bed. Two friends of the victim have been detained for questioning. They informed police that an argument broke out between the stab victim and a man in this 20s in a public park in Rehovot. The suspect asked the victim to walk to a quiet corner with him. After ten minutes, the two friends heard shouts, and saw their friend with knife wounds. The two rushed him to hospital. "The identity of the attacker is known and he will be arrested soon," a police spokeswoman said on Sunday.
