MK Ben-Ami: Likud is admitting that Kahane was right

MK Michael Ben-Ami (National Union) on Sunday said that "20 years after Rabbi Kahane's murder, the Likud is admitting today that Rabbi Kahane was right," in reaction to the cabinet passing changes to the Citizenship Law requiring a loyalty oath of new citizens.

"It is refreshing to hear the Likud government, that haunted Rabbi Kahane wanted the Arabs to sign a loyalty oath," Ben-Ami said in his statement. "It was admitted today that what Rabbi Kahane state 20 years ago was correct and proper," he said.
