MK Sa'ar and delegation meet with President Peres

Education Minister Gideon Sa'ar, who headed the joint Likud Beytenu delegation that met with President Shimon Peres recommended that the President call on Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu to be tasked to form the next government because Likud Beytenu received more votes and more mandates than any other party.

"It is clear that only one man, Binyamin Netanyahu can form a government, and we want that government to be as broad and stable as possible," said Sa'ar.

Matters that were raised in discussion between the President and the delegation included the incoming government's political platform, Iran, the economy, the budget, and the equality in bearing the burden of serving the state.
