MK Sa'ar responds to High Court decision on migrant policy

Interior Minister Gidon Sa'ar responded Monday evening to the momentous High Court decision to strike down the state's migrant policy, saying the government "should consider limiting the authority of the court with regard to the issue of illegal infiltrators to Israel."

He added that the court's decision was problematic as it was "the second intervention in one year with a law of the Knesset that was passed with a large majority, and involving two different Knessets."
