MK Stern apologizes to women for comments, but not to Miri Regev

MK Elazar Stern apologized for his comments against Culture Minister Miri Regev in Monday's Knesset plenum after he had called her out on Monday, claiming that he "knows how she advanced in the army."
"I have never said anything that can be interpreted or is a hint at sexual harassment," the MK commented.
"I am aware of what goes on in social networks and there are women who have been hurt by what I said. I apologize to these women, but Miri Regev is not one of them."
Regev released a message on social media on Tuesday afternoon, starting the new hashtag #YouToo over controversial comments.
In her public response, the culture minister said that "Stern's comments are an indictment of the IDF's commanders and the advancement of women in the army."
