Mofaz dismisses possibility of achieving peace within nine months

Kadima leader Shaul Mofaz believes that a peace agreement within nine months is highly unlikely, Israel Radio garnered from an interview with Mofaz on Sunday morning.
According to Mofaz, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu has a political agenda to prove that Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas is no partner for peace.
Though Mofaz believes the upcoming prisoners release is the right move to make, he feels that its occurrence is a result of Netanyahu's refusal to seriously engage in negotiations with the Palestinians.
