Morocco's King Mohammed visits France to end diplomatic discord

Morocco's King Mohammed was received by French President Francois Hollande at the Elysee palace on Monday.
The two leaders discussed the fight against terrorism and vowed to cooperate on security issues and put an end to a year of diplomatic discord.
France and Morocco officially ended a year of discord last month by re-establishing judicial cooperation. Monday's meeting represented "a new dynamic of trustful and ambitious cooperation" between the two nations, said a written statement.
In February 2014 Morocco suspended judicial cooperation agreements with France, in response to a growing diplomatic row with its former colonial ruler over allegations of human rights abuses.
