Iran's foreign minister says his country will present a package of proposals for talks with world powers on Wednesday.
Manouchehr Mottaki, quoted by the semi-official Fars news agency, does not give details on the proposals.
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said Monday that the Islamic Republic would present the package to the five permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany for talks to address "global challenges."
But Ahmadinejad said Iran was not willing to negotiate over its controversial nuclear program.
