N. Korea alleges Japanese espionage; threatens to down Japanese jets

North Korea on Saturday accused Japan of trying to conduct surveillance on the country's ballistic missile launch sites.
A statement issued by Pyongyang said that North Korea would down any Japanese jet which dared infiltrate North Korean airspace, "even if only by a millimeter."
