Netanyahu asks Weinstein to examine Galant document scandal

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyhu asked Attorney-General Yehuda Weinstein to examine a scandal involving a document that was exposed on Channel 2 Friday.
The document appeared to indicate that Eyal Arad was advising OC Southern Command Maj.-Gen. Yoav Galant  in his effort to be chosen as the next IDF chief of General Staff.
Netanyahu revealed to ministers during a weekly cabinet meeting Sunday that he spoke to Weinstein on Saturday asking him "to examine the incident as soon as possible."
"Weinstein has already responded to our conversation and said that he we look into it," Netanyahu said.
