Netanyahu delays cabinet reshuffle

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told his Likud faction on Monday that he would wait with a planned cabinet reshuffle until the beginning of next week, because he wants to speak to more people in Likud and his coalition before he decides.
That means that when the firings of Education Minister Naftali Bennett and Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked take effect Tuesday afternoon, Netanyahu will hold the portfolios. As interim justice minister, Netanyahu will be the minister in charge of Attorney-General Avichai Mandelblit, who is investigating him in three different cases.
