Netanyahu: Europe's push to label settlement-made products 'hurts peace'

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who is currently in London, commented  Thursday on the  European Parliament's bid to label products made in the settlements.
"This decision is not justified. It is simply a distortion of justice and reason, and it also disrupts the prospect of peace. The root of the conflict is not the territories nor is it the issue of settlements," he said.
"We already have a historic memory of what happens when Europe begins to mark products made by Jews," he added, referencing the mandatory labeling of all Jewish-products during the Holocaust.
