Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu met opposition leader Tzipi Livni on Thursday at the Kirya military headquarters in Tel Aviv. Although the meeting was officially defined as a monthly update, it came amid reports of contacts between Netanyahu associates and spokespeople for Kadima Number 2 Shaul Mofaz, who is reportedly looking to overtake the Kadima chair. As such, there was speculation that political matters were also discussed during Thursday's meeting.
