Netanyahu on 'price tag' acts: No one is above the law

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanhyahu reacted to "price tag" acts carried out by settlers, saying that, "There is no one individual who is above the law," according to Army Radio.

"This is an extremist minority," Netanyahu said, "small and marginal among our settler brothers, which harms enforcers of the law and judges innocent people just because they are Arab."

"I am sure the [Menachem] Begin would have expressed shock and trauma against this small and marginal minority," Netanyahu added.

"The state of Israel will not tolerate and will not accept the harassment of Arabs as protest against the government. This is a complete distortion of the concept of civil protest, the concept of human morality, and the spirit of Jewish justice."
