Netanyahu hails Cameron as 'true friend of Israel' after British PM resigns

In response to British Prime Minister David Cameron announcing his intent to resign, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyhu spoke of his appreciation for the leader, Friday afternoon.
"I have great appreciation for Prime Minister David Cameron, a respected leader and a true friend of Israel and the Jewish people," Netanyahu stated.
"Throughout his premiership the security, economic and technological cooperation between the United Kingdom and Israel has greatly expanded," he continued. "Together we laid a strong foundation for continued cooperation."
