Netanyahu sums up meeting with Trump as 'a new day'

Prime Minister Netanyahu lauded his recent visit with US President Donald Trump on Sunday, during his weekly cabinet meeting.
He started off by saying that the two have a strong and "important" personal connection that spans "many years." He noted that the two see "eye to eye" on a number of issues facing the Middle East, in particular the threat of Iran.
"I must say that at the end of the meeting with the president, he shook my hand and summed up the relationship between Israel and the US as 'a new day,'" Netanyahu told the cabinet. "It is a new day and a good day."
