Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu on Monday told Knesset Speaker Revuen Rivlin over the phone that a speech he is due to give at the Knesset later in the day will address political issues on the occasion of Herzl Day.Rivlin welcomed Netanyahu's decision to also submit a political message to the legislature.
