Netanyahu to Commando Brigade: biggest repair to antisemitism is Israel and IDF

Prime Minister and Defense Minister Benjamin Netanyahu visited the commando unit along IDF's Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Gadi Eisenkot and other senior officials on Tuesday.
Netanyahu held a discussion with the fighters participating in the exercise and told them that "the biggest repair to antisemitism is the State of Israel and the IDF," he said.
"Once we were a leaf blown in the wind and anyone could massacre us. Today we have strength to respond," he said. "On the eve of Hannukah the spirit of the Maccabees is here — you are the Maccabees. We overcome our enemies with extraordinary strength."
