The Jerusalem District Court issued a split decision on Sunday regarding disputed documents from Case 1000, the Illegal Gifts Affair, in the upcoming trial of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Of 18 legal binders of documents requested by the defense, the court ordered the prosecution to turnover six individual documents relating mostly to peripheral witnesses.
