Netanyahu updates Obama on plans to deliver diplomatic speech

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and US President Barack Obama spoke briefly on the phone Monday evening, according to a statement from the Prime Minister's Office.
Netanyahu told Obama of his plan to present his diplomatic policy in a speech next week, among other issues.
The statement noted that the phone call was "positive," and that the two leaders planned to continue with "open and continuous contact."
