Netanyahu visits Northern border to view operation Northern Shield

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and cabinet ministers toured the northern border on Tuesday to witness the results of operation Northern Shield up-close.

IDF Chief Gadi Eizenkot and Northern Command Chief Maj. General Yoel Strik and other IDF officials presented the Prime Minister and the ministers with a review of the operation and recent events in Syria, following the presentation a cabinet discussion was held.

"We did excellent work here," said Netanyahu, "it [Hezbollah] invested a lot in this [the terror tunnels] and we wrecked it for them."
