Netanyahu: We are prepared to assist the Lebanese people however we can

Following the devastating explosion that shook Beirut on Tuesday, killing dozens and injuring thousands, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Wednesday that Israel is prepared to assist the Lebanese people.

"We are prepared to send humanitarian aid to Lebanon as people to people... We differentiate between the regimes and the nations," Netanyahu said.

Netanyahu went on to mention field hospitals in the Golan that helped Syrians, as well as numerous offers made by Israel to aid Iranians after disasters.
