Netanyahu: 'What happened in Hebron does not represent the values of the IDF'

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu responded to the incident on Thursday, when an Israeli soldier shot and killed a terrorist who was already subdued.
"What happened in Hebron does not represent the values of the IDF," the Prime Minister said. "The IDF expects its soldiers to act calmly and in accordance with the rules of engagement."
