Nigeria's army will use "all available means and measures" to crush militants attacking oil facilities in the oil-producing Niger Delta, an army statement said in Tuesday.
"They will stand to regret the consequences of their actions," the army said, referring to militants which have been attacking oil pipelines in the Delta.
