Noa Yadlin's 'Ba'alat HaBayit' wins Sapir Prize

Noa Yadlin was announced as the winner of the annual Sapir Prize for Literature for her book Ba'alat HaBayit on Wednesday night, beating out four other shortlisted authors.
The novel tells the story of an elitist Jerusalem woman who embezzles money and her family who must deal with the consequences.
The Sapir Prize is based on the British Man Booker Prize, is the most sought-after literary prize awarded in Israel.
