North Korea launches missile eastward towards Japan

SEOUL - North Korea fired an unidentified missile early on Friday from the Sunan district in its capital, Pyongyang, toward the eastern direction, South Korea's military said.

The South Korean and US militaries are analyzing details of the launch, the South's Office of the Joint Chiefs of Staff said.
